These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and interactions with CS Autosport regarding vehicle inquiries, reservations, and purchases.

By using this website or submitting forms, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Dealer Identity

CS Autosport is an OMVIC-registered used vehicle dealer and UCDA member operating in Ontario, Canada.

## 2. Website Content and Listing Information

We work to keep listings accurate and current; however:

– Vehicle availability can change at any time.
– Pricing, specifications, mileage, options, and features may be updated or corrected without notice;
– Photos and descriptions are for general informational purposes and may not represent every detail at time of viewing.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing by CS Autosport.

## 3. Customer Inquiry and Communication Process

If you are interested in a vehicle, you are expected to submit the appropriate dealership form (e.g., inquiry, financing, trade-in, consignment), **unless you are already in direct communication with us** through an existing active conversation.

Submitting a form does not reserve a vehicle and does not guarantee availability.

## 4. Vehicle Viewing and Meeting Location

Vehicle viewings are normally conducted at our dealership location.

If both parties agree, an alternate meeting location may be arranged provided it is reasonable, safe, and fair to both parties.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments for safety, verification, or operational reasons.

## 5. Deposits and Vehicle Holds

To secure (hold) a vehicle, a deposit is required.

– Deposit amount is discussed and agreed reasonably between both parties;
– Any hold period, refundability terms, and conditions are documented in writing;
– A vehicle is not considered secured until deposit terms are agreed and confirmed by us in writing.

Unless explicitly confirmed otherwise in writing, listings remain subject to prior sale.

## 6. Bill of Sale and Purchase Documentation

To proceed with purchase, customer and dealer must complete the official bill of sale provided by CS Autosport and any supporting documentation required for transaction processing.

No ownership transfer occurs until required documents are complete and funds have been cleared in accordance with the agreed purchase terms.

## 7. Delivery and Ownership Transfer (Ontario)

After deposit and purchase documentation are completed, CS Autosport will schedule delivery/pick-up as soon as reasonably possible.

We complete and/or provide required documentation for lawful vehicle ownership transfer under applicable Ontario/ServiceOntario (MTO) processes.
Timeline may vary based on payment clearance, document readiness, and regulatory processing.

## 8. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

– Listed prices are subject to applicable taxes (including HST), licensing, and regulatory/transaction fees;
– Additional products/services (if selected) are disclosed separately;
– Final purchase figures are set out in the final purchase documents.

## 9. Condition, Inspections, and Representations

Used vehicles may show normal wear consistent with age and mileage.
Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and ask questions before purchase.

Any warranty coverage, certification status, or “as-is” terms are stated in transaction documents and take precedence over general website content.

## 10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

– Submitting false or misleading information;
– Attempting unauthorized access to systems;
– Interfering with site operation, security, or other users.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Autosport is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or reliance on listing information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

## 12. Privacy

Your use of our website and forms is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

## 14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
